I’m back. Thank you for being back with us. Um, because of the courageous people that came forward in our Season 1, many more courageous people have come forward. And we will be sharing those stories with you in our Season 2, which will air later this year.

We fully expect Scientology to attack our contributors in Season 2 as they did in Season 1 as of course dictated by their policies.

We thought it would be helpful to give you some insight on how Scientology has dealt with its critics in the past. And also to show you how the policies work and also show you them in action. So you can understand what one could expect when speaking out against Scientology.

LR: There’s no gray area. There’s no thinking for yourself. It is: “what does LRH say?”

MR: If L. Ron Hubbard wrote a policy letter that said, which he did, how to wash windows using newspaper, Scientologists still wash windows using newspaper because L. Ron Hubbard said that’s the way that you wash windows.

LR (black background): L. Ron Hubbard was a genius. Let’s get that straight. He set up in your mind, the reader, the Scientologist, right? These suppressive people are attacking the decent works, the things that we are doing in Scientology to save mankind. And that was my mentality, that once I knew the Church of Scientology labeled somebody a Suppressive Person, they are evil.

MR: The Guardian’s Office was under the control of his wife, Mary Sue Hubbard, which gives some idea of the importance that was placed on investigating people who were attacking (chuckles during the word attacking”) Scientology, particularly the government.

LR: They had a full-on attack launched at the IRS. But more importantly, the actual IRS employees.
