Search of 5930 West Franklin Avenue, Hollywood, California, commenced at 6:01 A.M., July 8, 1977 and terminated approximately 10:30 P.M. same date. Passive resistance encountered as expected, however, no violence encountered. Search resulted in seizure of approximately 400 documents ranging in length from one to 80 pages each.
