June 18, 1952 RE: Dianetics Twin Cities, Inc. I called Mrs. Sadah W. Field with respect to a complaint by Mr. N.D. Raymond, 405 Hammond Building, Moose Jaw, Sask. She told me that he is an habitual drunkard who owes her $200.00 for fees for treatments. Dear Sir: It would be appreciated if you would let me have such information as you have on file regarding Dianetics Twin Cities, Inc. 800 Washington Avenue. S. E. Minneapolis 14. She and Perry Chapdelaine are in charge of the Minneapolis Clinic located at 800 Washington Avenue S. E. The purpose of the organization is described in the attached pamphlet "DIANETICS: What it is and How it works."
