The record of proceedings of the Physical Evaluation Board and the action of the Physical Review Council thereon in the case of Lieutenant LaFayette R. Hubbard, U. S. Naval Reserve, were transmitted to the Secretary of the Navy for his action. On 12 May 1950, the Secretary of the Navy approved the proceedings and recommended finding as concurred in by the Physical Review Council, of the Physical Evaluation Board in this case and determined that Lieutenant LaFayette R. Hubbard, U. S. Naval Reserve, was fit to perform the duties of his rank as of the date he was released from active duty.
