1. It is respectfully submitted that the subject officer accepted his promotion under the terms of Alnav 120 of June, 1942 and accepted said temporary promotion on or about June 15, 1942 in the Third Naval District.
Subject officer was recommended to the Commandant, Third Naval District for this temporary promotion by the Cable Censor, New York City, N.Y., by letter.
Record of physical examination and the taking of the oath are available in the Third Naval District.
