Third Naval District.
Via: Commandant.
Subject: Change of duty.

1. When directed by the Commandant, Third Naval District on or about November 1, 1942, you will regard yourself detached from duty in the Third Naval District and from such other duty as may have been assigned you; will proceed to Miami, Fla., and report to the Commanding Officer, Submarine Chaser Training Center, for temporary duty under instruction.

2. You are hereby authorized to delay until November 9, 1942 in reporting in obedience to these orders.

This delay will count as leave.

3. Keep the Bureau of Naval Personnel and your new station advised of your address.
