1. Your orders of 10 April 1945 are modified in accordance with reference (a) in that you will regard yourself detached this date from temporary duty at the Civil Affairs Staging Area, The Presidio of Monterey, Calif. and from such other duty as may have been assigned you; will continue treatment at the Naval Hospital, Oakland, Calif. pending further assignment or disposition by the Bureau of Naval Personnel.
