ORDER

AND NOW, December 16th, 1952, upon consideration of the foregoing petition and supporting affidavit, and upon motion of Bertram K. Wolfe and Benjamin Fertik, attorneys for the petitioner;

IT IS ORDERED that this Court take Ancillary Jurisdiction in the above entitled matter in aid of the Court of Primary Jurisdiction, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that BENJAMIN FERTIK be and he is hereby appointed Ancillary Receiver to take possession of and preserve for the benefit of the bankrupt estate all assets of said bankrupt estate found within the territorial limits of the United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Bond in the sum of $500.00 to be entered by said Receiver without surety until the further order of the Court, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a warrant be issued to the United States Marshall for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania directing him to bring L. Ron Hubbard forthwith before the Court for examination and such other and further relief as may be just if the said L. Ron Hubbard be found within the jurisdiction of this Court.
