A review of the veteran’s case file indicates that he entered the service on November 24, 1941, and was discharged to inactive
duty, after serving four years and eight months, on February 16, 1946.
Physician examination on enlistment show the following defects:
Teeth 1, 16, 17, 32, missing
Eyes: right 17/20 corrected to 20/20
Left 15/20 corrected to 20/20
no other defects were noted.
