Dear Mr. Hoover:
The enclosed literature and letter from the “Allied Scientists of the World” were received, unsolicited, by me on Monday, November 26, 1951.I had never before heard of that organization. The literature seems to me to suggest that the organization may be a real menace to the safety of the U.S.A.. You will notice that the only person named is the “secretary.”
The back of the envelope was blank. Having made some memoranda on it, I have retained it. It is my intention to ignore this communication from that organization, in the expectation that it will be followed by another. If that expectation is fulfilled, would you care to have me send that to you also?
Letter: [?] to FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover (November 27, 1951)
