Gentlemen:

Immediately prior to my leaving Australia I called your office to settle any accounts outstanding and you sent tome a clerk with a receipted bill.

One item of £6.18.11 was noted on this bill as an overcharge. It represented two tunics which were returned to you as unserviceable and which were not and are not in my possession. These, if you will recall, were guaranteed by you to be pre-shrunk and after wearing them once, when they were cleaned they became too small to be buttoned. Your clerk was so informed and agreed with me and so received some 26.11.4 for four pairs of khaki pants, one khaki tunic, one khaki tunic remodeled, and one suit of white ducks. The two shrunk tunics which had been returned to you were stricken from this list as they were in addition to the above. Your clerk receipted my bill, which I possess, as being paid in full.

You had several days to call me back on this and I did not and do not consider the matter as my concern.
