Dear Sir:

In accordance with your request I am enclosing an official transcript of the record of LaFayette Ronald Hubbard in The George Washington University. This will give you his dates
of attendance, subjects, credits and grades. I do not know why he did not return after June, 1932.

I am unable to supply you with any information concerning Mr. Hubbard personally as I do not know him and we do not keep detailed personnel records of students. His record here
is clear, however, and he is entitled to a statement of honorable dismissal.

I regret that there has been this delay in replying to your request. It is due to the rush of work at this period of the year.

If I can be of further assistance to you, please do not hesitate to call on me.
