We happen to find ourselves on a planet which has a rather unsavory reputation, and amongst planets would be looked upon as a sort of an Alcatraz, and was a dumping ground. So there is a tremendous need for such a technology here, but it is actually going into the teeth of a planet that is not entirely sane.
