SYNOPSIS OF FACTS: In November, 1951, subject organization mailed letters and literature to numerous scientists throughout the United States and territory advising recipients that they were elected to “fellowship” in the organization and solicited funds. Subject organization established by LAFAYETTE R. HUBBARD of the Hubbard Dianetics Foundation, Wichita, Kansas. Among the many purposes of the organization, the current goal is the furnishing of maximal protection to the people and culture of various countries against the threat of atomic war. Another goal of this organization is the establishment of the means of collection and safeguarding against destruction of existing scientific technology. Organization under investigation by Post Office inspectors for possible mail fraud statute. Communications Office America 941 East 17th Avenue, Denver, Colorado will be closed on 1-10-52 and moved to the home office in Wichita, Kansas.
